Do I have to have an account to search and view information?
No, it is not required to have an account to search. However, to view the professional details or to bookmark your favorite designs or to shop, one is required to register. We encourage you to register to get access to the complete functionality of the Homergize.
How do I search for products shown in a design?
At this point, one cannot search for products directly from the design.
How do I sign-up?
Signing up with Homergize is extremely simple. One can sign-in using one of your social network login’s such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+. In addition, one can sign in using an email address.
Why do I need to sign up?
Homergize provides a number of interesting functionality for a great user experience to either identify professionals & designs or to shop for products to either build or furnish. To access these one needs to sign-up and there is no cost for signing up.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password or if my password does not work?
Click on the “Forgot my password” link to reset your password.

You can look for professional ranging from Electricians to General Contractors to Architects & Interiors. The complete listing is provided in the Hire A Professional page or Find A Professional page.
How do I search for professionals?
Click on top of “Hire A Professional” drop down menu or “Hire A Professional” icon in the Get Started section of the home page to take you to “Find A Professional” page to search for a professional.
What does the rating signify?
Professional are rated on a number of factors on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. Higher the rating better are the skills and services of the professional.
How do I hire a specific professional?
Once you have identified a professional, click on Hire This Professional button, which will take you to “Hire This Professional” page. Complete the fields on the page in addition to providing a brief of the requirement. Once this is done click “Send Request” The information provided will be sent to the professional who will then reach out to you. Alternately, you can directly call the professional on their listed contact number. One needs to be signed-in in order to send a request or to view the contact details.
Do I need to pay Homergize when I hire a professional from the Homergize site?
No, you don’t pay to Homergize to hire the professional. You can directly negotiate with the professional for your project and pay them directly. Homergize does not ask the Professional for any payment either. We however, would like you to provide feedback on the professional once the project is completed.
Why do I need to rate the professional once the work is completed?
Rating the professional is not mandatory however, we request you to take time to provide your feedback once your project is completed. Rating provide an insight into the professionals capabilities as well and keeping it current for the benefit of all Homergize users.
Can I send a message to more than one professional?
Yes, you can send a message to more than one professional.
Can I reach out to the professional directly?
Yes, you can reach out to the professionals directly. You can get their contact information once you have signed in.
Does Homergize employ any of the professionals?
No, Homergize does not employ any of the professionals listed.
What is in the Design Ideas section?
Design Ideas sections has a wonderful collection of all house designs that are curated and listed by category that once can get inspired from. It also provides further links to the Architects or Interior Designers profile page where the user has the option to view all projects executed by that Architect or Interior Designer.
A number of features are available to the user to either bookmark the design, like it or share it on their social network.
What are the categories that I can look at?
The categories listed are Living Room, Family Room, Kitchen, Dining, Master Bedroom, Children’s Room, Foyer, Elevation, Bathroom, Outdoor & Landscaping, Pooja Rooms, Bars, Swimming Pools, and Home Theater
How do I save any of the designs?
You can click the bookmark button to save any design. However, you must be logged in to do so.

Under the design, a number of icons are provided including the like icon. Click on the appropriate icon to like the design.

Yes, you can reach the Interior Designer or Architect directly. In order to get the contact details, you will need to be logged in.

Blog section is a treasure trove of articles listed by various categories in addition to providing Do-It-Yourself (DIY) or Do-It-For-Me (DIFM) tips and guidelines. There is a steady stream of articles and interviews with Architects and Interior Designers.

Homergize uses a numbers of reputed shipping carriers for delivery of the products. The criteria to pick a carrier is dependent of the product category, attributes and location of pick-up and delivery.

There are two modes of payment, one is using credit card or net banking and the other is RTGS/NEFT.
For RTGS/NEFT payments, orders will be processed once the payment is received.
