Professional are rated on a number of factors on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. Higher the rating better are the skills and services of the professional.
How do I hire a specific professional?
Once you have identified a professional, click on Hire This Professional button, which will take you to “Hire This Professional” page. Complete the fields on the page in addition to providing a brief of the requirement. Once this is done click “Send Request” The information provided will be sent to the professional who will then reach out to you. Alternately, you can directly call the professional on their listed contact number. One needs to be signed-in in order to send a request or to view the contact details.
Do I need to pay Homergize when I hire a professional from the Homergize site?
No, you don’t pay to Homergize to hire the professional. You can directly negotiate with the professional for your project and pay them directly. Homergize does not ask the Professional for any payment either. We however, would like you to provide feedback on the professional once the project is completed.
Why do I need to rate the professional once the work is completed?
Rating the professional is not mandatory however, we request you to take time to provide your feedback once your project is completed. Rating provide an insight into the professionals capabilities as well and keeping it current for the benefit of all Homergize users.

Gift wrap styles and colors are limited and change frequently. Styles may include gift boxes or gift bags, depending on the size needed.
    We’re unable to offer gift wrap on large items including furniture, Order Pickup items, and other select items that ship directly from the manufacturer. Gift wrap must be added to your order during checkout. We’re unable to make changes once an order has been submitted.
      To add gift wrap to an item in your cart:
    1. Mark the checkbox next to my order includes a gift.

What's the difference between 'per purchase' and 'per transaction' when using Giftcards?
One GiftCard per purchase means you're using one GiftCard per item being purchased. You can use multiples of the same GiftCard as long as each GiftCard has a matching item.
One GiftCard per transaction means you can use only one specific GiftCard per store transaction. You can't use more than one same GiftCard, even if you're buying multiple items.
What's the difference between a Homergize GiftCard and a manufacturer coupon?
A manufacturer coupon is a coupon issued by a manufacturer that offers a free item or a specific amount off the purchase price of one or more of a manufacturer's products. You will see "Manufacturer Coupon" printed on the coupon.

If you placed an order on Homergize.com, promotional items and gift cards won’t ship until after the qualifying purchase ships. If your qualifying purchase included a free Homergize GiftCard and you selected an email or mobile version, you’ll receive the gift card shortly after the pickup transaction is completed or once the item has shipped.
If the qualifying purchase item was canceled for any reason, the promotional item will also be canceled.
Keep in mind, if we’re unable to fulfill the order due to the popularity of the promotion it’s possible that the item may be canceled.
Why was I charged for a free gift or free Homergize Giftcard?
When a free gift or free Homergize Giftcard is offered with a qualifying item, you’ll be charged the amount of the qualifying item reduced by a Homergize discount equal to the amount of the gift or gift card, and you’ll be charged a separate amount for the value of the gift or gift card. The total of the two charges will equal the amount of the qualifying item.
